Lochdowne is a 4-year-old bay gelding from Australia, trained by Matt Cumani in Ballarat. He is the offspring of the stallion Shamus Award and the mare Dame Vassa. So far, Lochdowne has recorded one victory in his racing career. On August 16, 2024, at Ballarat Synthetic, he was ridden by Ryan Hurdle and achieved his most notable win to date, taking first place in the $27,000 Maiden Set Weight race, where he outperformed Psychosis.
