Kingofthewaves is a 5-year-old gelding from South Africa, trained by Lucinda Woodruff. He is the offspring of the stallion Louis The King and the mare Wave Runner. Kingofthewaves has not yet secured his first victory, having lost both of his races so far. In his latest outing at Kenilworth on February 20, 2023, he was ridden by Oswald Noach and did not finish in a winning position, trailing behind the victorious Enemy Territory.
