Kelpie is a 5-year-old chestnut gelding from Australia, trained by M G & M Price & Kent, located in Cranbourne. He is the offspring of the stallion Highland Reel and the mare Mysteries. Kelpie has not yet secured a victory, having raced once without winning. In his latest race at Donald on June 17, 2023, he was ridden by Jason Maskiell and placed 6th, trailing the winner, Boh Rhap.
