Kazan

Kazan is a 9-year-old dark bay or brown gelding from Ireland, trained by Steven Asmussen. He is the offspring of the stallion Shanghai Bobby and the mare Thousandfold. Kazan has not yet secured a victory, having raced 18 times without winning. In his latest race at Horseshoe Indianapolis on July 4, 2024, Kazan, ridden by Alberto Burgos, came in 8th place, trailing the winner.
