Karuah

Karuah is a 5-year-old bay gelding from New Zealand, trained by Kurtis Pertab in Matamata. He is the offspring of the stallion El Roca and the mare Bannisters. Karuah has not yet achieved maiden status, as he has not won any races from his one attempt. In his latest race at New Plymouth Raceway on June 8, 2023, Karuah, ridden by Craig Grylls, finished in 9th place, trailing behind the winner, Jerricoop.
