Islay

Islay is a 4-year-old bay mare from New Zealand, trained by Samantha Logan at Cambridge. She is the offspring of the stallion Ardrossan and the mare The Faith. So far, Islay has not secured her first victory, having raced three times without a win. In her latest race at Arawa Park on April 17, 2024, she was ridden by Masahiro Hashizume and finished in 11th place, trailing the winner, Chiavari.
