Islander is a 3-year-old filly from the United States, trained by Steven Asmussen. She is sired by Gun Runner and her dam is Tip At Tapit. So far, Islander has not achieved maiden status, as she has not won any of her three races. In her latest outing at Keeneland on October 5, 2024, she was ridden by Luis Saez and finished in third place, trailing the winner.
