In Theory is a three-year-old gray/roan filly from the United States, trained by Bob Baffert. She is a progeny of the stallion Mendelssohn and the mare Lady Hansen. So far, In Theory has won two races in her career. On March 24, 2024, at Santa Anita, she achieved her most notable victory when ridden by Juan Hernandez, winning the $41,275 Maiden Special Weight race by defeating Queen Of Naples.
