I Am The Mike

I Am The Mike is a 4-year-old dark bay or brown gelding, bred in the United States and trained by Carlos Mancilla. He is the son of stallion Laoban and mare Freud’s Dream. Despite ten races, I Am The Mike has yet to win, though he showed promise with a third-place finish in his most recent race at Pimlico on June 5th, 2023. Victor Carrasco was his jockey in that race, where he finished behind the winner, Moon Sign.
