Hugo Alko

Hugo Alko is a 7-year-old gelding from France, trained by H R J Nelmes, who operates out of Dorchester. He is the offspring of the stallion Balko and the mare Ugoline. Hugo Alko has not yet achieved a victory, having raced six times without winning. In his latest race at Newton Abbot on September 22, 2023, he was ridden by Paul O’Brien and finished behind the winner, Wonderful Eagle, without placing.
