Hard Frost is a 7-year-old gelding from France, trained by Harry Derham, who is located in Newbury. He is the offspring of the stallion Silver Frost and the mare Lottie Belle. On December 30, 2023, at Taunton, he was ridden by Paul O’Brien and secured his most notable win to date, earning the prize in the $6,680 Ferne Equine Rehab Centre Novices’ Handicap Chase, beating Miltiades.
