Throughout her career, Gridlock has achieved two victories. On March 2, 2024, at Gulfstream, she was ridden by Irad Ortiz Jr. and secured her most notable win to date, taking home a prize of $22,225 in the Starter Optional Claiming race, where she triumphed over Laconia.
