Four-year-old bay gelding Great Promise, trained by J Resimont in France, boasts a lineage tracing back to stallion Wootton Bassett and dam Vitizza.

While Great Promise has only secured one victory so far, it was a notable achievement. On October 13th, 2024, ridden by G Guedj-gay at Bordeaux Le Bouscat, Great Promise triumphed in the Pierre Valentin Handicap, a race worth $9450, besting competitor Norolles.
