Granda George is a seven-year-old bay gelding from Ireland, trained by E McCarthy in Limerick. He is the offspring of the stallion Mamool and the mare Sinead’s Shantou. Granda George has yet to claim his first victory, having not won in five races. In his latest race at Listowel on September 27, 2024, he was ridden by T P Harney and secured a second-place finish, trailing behind the winner.
