Grand Roi is an 8-year-old gelding from France, trained by J Owen in Newmarket. He is the offspring of the stallion Spanish Moon and the mare Ultra D’anjou. Throughout his career, Grand Roi has achieved victory in 4 races. His most notable win occurred on December 29, 2020, at Limerick, where he was ridden by D F O’Regan and triumphed in the $35,000 Grant Thornton Hurdle (Grade 2), overcoming Wolf Prince.
