Girona is a 8-year-old dark bay or brown mare from the United States, trained by J. Caldwell. She is sired by the stallion Alternation and is out of the mare Just Waiting. Girona has not yet achieved maiden status, having failed to win in 12 races. In her latest race at Remington Park on December 2, 2023, Girona was ridden by Stewart Elliott and ended up unplaced, finishing behind the winner, Gp’s Amazing Grace.
