Franno, a seven-year-old bay mare bred in Ireland, is trained by G Keane at their Meath stables. Sired by Free Eagle and out of the dam Nitya, Franno has secured three victories throughout its career. Its most notable win occurred on July 7th, 2023, at Bellewstown. Ridden by R Whearty, Franno triumphed in the $6,600 Prizm Handicap (47-65) (Division 2), beating out Hot Lady.
