Final Decree

Final Decree is a two-year-old colt from the United States, trained by Joe Duhon. He is the offspring of the stallion Lookin At Lucky and the mare Seeking Ms Shelley. Final Decree has not yet achieved maiden status, as he has not won any races out of two tries. In his latest race at Louisiana Downs on September 15, 2024, he was ridden by Carlos Lozada and finished without placing, trailing behind the winner.
