Ethical Judgement is a 6-year-old gelding from the United States, trained by Steven Asmussen. He is the offspring of the stallion Honor Code and the mare Give My Regards. Throughout his career, Ethical Judgement has achieved one victory. On July 24, 2022, at Ellis Park, he was ridden by Martin Garcia and secured his most notable win in the $33,067 Allowance Optional Claiming race, overcoming Briefcase Bully.
