Escogriffe is a 5-year-old bay gelding from France, trained by W. Menuet. He is the offspring of the stallion Storm The Stars and the mare Threonine. Escogriffe has not yet achieved a win, having raced twice without success. In his latest outing at Nantes on November 27, 2023, he was ridden by L. Quittet and finished out of the placings, trailing behind the winner Mandinko.
