Diomedes is a 3-year-old dark bay or brown gelding from the United States, trained by Norman McKnight. He is the offspring of the stallion Munnings and the mare Travieza. So far in his career, Diomedes has achieved one victory. On August 4, 2024, at Woodbine, he was ridden by Rafael Hernandez and secured his most notable win to date, earning the prize in the $22,663 Maiden Optional Claiming race, where he triumphed over Cabernaydo.
