Deressa is a 2-year-old filly from Ireland, trained by D K Weld, who operates out of Kildare. She is the offspring of the stallion Zarak and the mare Deremah. So far, Deressa has not achieved her maiden victory, having competed in four races without a win. In her latest outing at Gowran Park on October 22, 2024, she was ridden by C D Hayes and placed 4th, finishing behind the winner, Pretty Lavish.
