Decree

Decree is a two-year-old dark bay or brown filly from the United States, trained by Riley Mott. She is the offspring of the stallion Constitution and the mare Tiz Twice. Decree has not yet won a race, having only competed once. In her most recent race at Keeneland on October 11, 2024, jockey Jaime Torres rode her, but she did not place, finishing behind the winner.
