Declare War is an 8-year-old gelding from the United States, trained by Cesar Govea. He is the offspring of the stallion Declaration Of War and the mare My Bernadette. So far, Declare War has not achieved maiden victory, having lost all 9 of his races. In his latest outing at Sam Houston Race Park on March 11, 2024, he was ridden by Richard Bracho and did not finish in the top positions, coming in behind the winner, Varsity.
