With three wins under his belt, Deafening Silence achieved a notable victory on December 8, 2023, at Sandown. Ridden by Harry Skelton, he triumphed in the $29,810 Betfair Beacons Winter Novices’ Hurdle (Grade 2), beating Insurrection.
