Daemyeongjang is a 3-year-old colt trained by Hong You. He is the offspring of the stallion Jigeum I Sungan and the mare Dalgane. Daemyeongjang has not yet achieved a maiden victory, with no wins in 10 races. In his latest race at Seoul on October 26, 2024, he was ridden by Kim Ok Sung and did not place among the top competitors, finishing behind the winner.
