Civil Notion is a four-year-old female horse from the United States, trained by Uriah St. Lewis. She is the offspring of the stallion Midshipman and the mare Short Kakes. Throughout her career, Civil Notion has achieved victory in three races. Her most notable win occurred on August 24, 2023, at Philadelphia Park, where she was ridden by Patrick Jr. Henry and secured a victory in the $28,000 Maiden Claiming race, surpassing Dial For Love.
