Cheese is a 6-year-old bay gelding from France, trained by Mme D Schoenherr. He is the offspring of the stallion French Fifteen and the mare Patanegra. Throughout his career, Cheese has achieved one victory. On December 13, 2023, at Pau, he was ridden by I Mendizabal and secured his biggest win to date, earning $10,177 in the De Bordes Handicap by beating Mad River.
