Checkpoint is a 9-year-old chestnut gelding trained by Mme N Schlatter. He is the offspring of the stallion Mascarpone and the mare Calliara. Checkpoint has not yet won a race, having made four attempts without breaking his maiden status. In his latest race at Deauville on October 24, 2024, he was ridden by R Thomas and finished in second place, behind the winner.
