Che Sobrador is a 5-year-old gray stallion from Argentina, trained by Ivo Simonovich. He is the offspring of the stallion Vastago Salvaje and the mare Ricotera Stripes. Che Sobrador has not yet secured a victory, having made two race attempts without winning. In his latest race at San Isidro on August 10, 2024, he was ridden by Jairo Flores but did not place, finishing behind the winner.
