Throughout his career, Casey West has achieved one victory. On January 11, 2024, at Clonmel, he was ridden by T. Power Roche and secured his most notable win to date, earning $6,106 in the Rathronan Maiden Hunters Chase, where he triumphed over Dromleigh.
