Caramel

Caramel is a 4-year-old filly from Peru, trained by J.P. Enriquez. She is the offspring of the stallion Chairman and the mare Bijar. Caramel has not yet achieved her first victory, as she has not won any races in her one attempt. In her latest race at Monterrico on June 26, 2023, she was ridden by A. Espinoza and finished without placing, trailing behind the winner, Fadel.
