Baxter is a 5-year-old bay/brown gelding from New Zealand, trained by David Wilson in Ohura. He is the offspring of the stallion Complacent and the mare Divine Browne. Baxter has not yet secured his first win, having raced eight times without victory. In his latest outing at Matamata on June 5, 2024, he was ridden by Ngakau Hailey and finished in 7th place, trailing the winner, Princess Chloacey.
