Back To Gridlock is a four-year-old dark bay or brown filly, bred in the United States and trained by Chad Brown. She is the offspring of stallion Nyquist and dam Miss Luna.

Despite two attempts, Back To Gridlock has yet to win a race. In her latest outing on May 6th, 2023 at Churchill Downs, she finished third under jockey Flavien Prat, with Destine To Race taking the victory.
