Arbiter

Arbiter is a 7-year-old female horse from Japan, trained by Satoshi Inoue. She is the offspring of the stallion Tosen Jordan and the mare Inductee. Arbiter has not yet achieved maiden status, with no victories in 37 races. In her latest race at Nagoya on April 9, 2024, she was ridden by Shin Higashikawa and placed 12th, trailing the winner Akino Irokusa.
