Applejack Poet

Applejack Poet is a 7-year-old gelding from Ireland, trained by Liz Doyle in Wexford. He is the offspring of the stallion Urban Poet and the mare Oasis Star. Throughout his career, Applejack Poet has achieved one victory. On August 30, 2023, at Bellewstown, he was ridden by T P Harney and secured his most notable win to date, earning $6,412 in the John Purfield Memorial Handicap Hurdle (80-95) (Div 1), where he triumphed over Be My Hero.
