Apache Cat is a 22-year-old chestnut gelding from Australia, trained by Greg Eurell based in Cranbourne. He is the offspring of the stallion Lion Cavern and the mare Tennessee Blaze. Throughout his career, Apache Cat has won three races. His most notable victory came on May 23, 2009, at Doomben, where he triumphed in the $656,600 Doomben 10,000, beating Black Piranha. He has been a lucrative horse for bettors, providing a 74 percent return on investment if backed consistently throughout his racing journey.
