Alexej, a seven-year-old bay gelding, was bred in the United Kingdom and is trained by G Lemer. He is the offspring of stallion Muhaarar and dam Aquatinta. Alexej has achieved two victories in his racing career. His most notable win came on October 6, 2020, at Leicester, where he was ridden by R Havlin to victory in the $6,800 British EBF Dormouse Novice Stakes, beating out Dramatica.
