Accelerando

Accelerando is a 2-year-old dark bay or brown colt from the United States, trained by Katerina Vassilieva. He is sired by Mendelssohn and his dam is American Sugar. So far, Accelerando has not achieved a maiden victory, having lost all three of his races. In his latest outing at Woodbine on October 28, 2024, he was ridden by Vincent Cheminaud and finished in 11th place, trailing the winner, Hammerhead.
